What was the highlight of AluaSoul Zakynthos
I would recommend given the price-quality.
The hotel is good and fair for the price. I really liked the variety of food available in the buffet and the drinks. The location is perfect!
The rooms need a renovation, specially the bathrooms. The cleaning service was a bit poor, it seemed that they just make the beds and pass a mop on the floor. The bathtub was dirty. The air conditioner really needs maintenance, eventhough it was working, the smell coming from it was horrible, also it didn’t refresh the room properly. The staff was nice specially the staff at the bar at night, the rest maybe just need to smile more :)

Good
The breakfast can definitely improve on quality. The other meals were better.
It is a trick to attract more people with their infinity pool pictures but regular guests can't really take advantage of them unless they get upgraded for about 120 EUR more per night.

What was the highlight of AluaSoul Zakynthos
Nice but not perfect
It was beautiful and all. Great location, nice pools, fancy, clean, well quipped rooms. Whenever we had an issue they helped came and helped us very quickly.
Even though we said it in advance that I have food allergies they were not really prepared. I have dairy and gluten allergy and don’t eat meat also for allergic reasons and they had both gluten free dairy free and meat free options but barely any that was without all. The staff was not particularly friendly either. Most of the time when we said good morning they ignored us.
